It depends on what the goal of the website is and how much consulting and planning is required for it. From start to finish it can take somewhere between a week for something basic to up to a month or two for larger projects and branding.
We try to present 3 designs based on your needs, giving you a variety to choose from. We want to make sure the design screams you and your brand, and is not just another copy paste.
